Jeff Dayton is one of Music City’s busiest as a touring artist, session guitarist and songwriter. Originally from MN, he lived in AZ from 1979 to 2000 and earned his music degree from ASU, scored a #1 record at KNIX, appeared on Hee Haw and Nashville Now and more. His Jeff Dayton Band was voted Best of the Decade’s Best by the editors and readers of New Times. They opened concerts for about two dozen major artists and while performing with Merle Haggard, the Judds and Alabama, he was discovered by Glen Campbell and became his bandleader and guitarist for the next 15 years.
Jeff has lived in Nashville since 2000 and tours nationally with his Salute to Glen Campbell and American Troubadour shows. He is a longtime member, supporter and friend of the AZ Songwriters Association.
